Presentation
The prime minister leads and coordinates the national policy under the leadership of Prime Minister. He is responsible to the President and the Parliament as provided by Articles 85 and 86 of the Constitution. The government led by Prime Minister is composed of thirty-three ministers appointed by the president after the latter's proposal.
