Presentation

 The Court is composed of judges who are the President; the presidents of chambers; the section chiefs; masters Advisers; referendum advisors and counselors. The number of constituents magistrates court is determined by decree .

Missions

 The Court of Auditors judges the accounts of public accountants. It verifies the regularity of revenue and expenditure and ensures the proper use of funds: securities funds managed by State services or other legal persons of public law. It audits and management of public enterprises and public agencies has financial participation. It declares and clears the managements of fact. It operates the management errors committed against the State; local authorities and bodies under its control.
