Biography

Moustapha Niasse is a professional civil servant and graduate of the National School of Administration of Senegal. Born November 4, 1939 in Keur Madiabel, he attended the Faidherbe high school in St. Louis and the University of Dakar and then continued his studies in Paris. Today, its fields of activity are expanded. From politics to the financial and business consulting through crude oil or maritime activities.
