Biography

A lawyer by training, Thierno Bocoum holds a Postgraduate Diploma of Higher Studies in Communication. The research paper, which punishes the cycle of study focused on "e-politics in Senegal: Issues and Perspectives". The parliamentarian also holds a Master in Management and International Business Law and enrolled at the Diplomatic and Strategic Studies Centre, which has consultative status with the Economic and Social Council of the United Nations obtaining the Master of Diplomatic Studies Superiors.
