Presentation
A number of African intellectuals came together to create a pan-African network focused on the problems of farmers on the continent. The Legal Information Centre of the African Network for Integrated Development ( RADI ICJ ) is an integral part of this network and is designed to help all people who need legal assistance but do not have access to a lawyer. The organization has branches in Mali, Guinea -Bissau , Guinea, and the Central African Republic. The Senegalese section became legally operative as an NGO in 1989.
Missions
The mandate of the ICJ RADI is:
• To assist the population to know their rights, and
• Facilitate access to justice for the defense of their rights.
• CIJ - RADI center offers services in all areas of law , with emphasis on the rights and responsibilities of tenants and landlords, family law (marriage, divorce , maintenance, etc.) and rights 'workers.
