Biography
Born in 1959 in Dakar Senegal, Mamadou Lamine Diallo is a Senegalese intellectual and politician. He is the founder of the Movement Tekki. Mamadou Lamine Diallo received his Bachelor in 1977 before being admitted to the Ecole Polytechnique in Paris, then at the Mines of Paris. Engineer from École Polytechnique of Paris and the Ecole des Mines de Paris and holds a PhD in Economics from the School of Mines in Paris in 1988. After some years of experience in France, he joined the World Bank in Washington in 1990 before returning to Senegal in 1993 to work at the Central Bank of West African States ( "BCEAO" Detached for Prime Minister from 1994 to 2001 as a technical advisor, he served the State of Senegal until 2001, before returning to the Department of Research and Statistics of the BCEAO. from 2003 to 2006, he was again seconded to the Commission of the African Union as Director of Cabinet Deputy and Director of Cabinet of Mr. Alpha Oumar Konaré, Chairperson of the Commission of the African Union. It leaves the BCEAO at the beginning of 2010, when he held the post of General Acting Controller of the institution for devote himself to political action and publication. Mamadou Lamine Diallo ran as an independent candidate in the presidential election in February 2007 in Senegal for 0.48%. Mamadou Lamine Diallo is a member of the Conference of the leaders of the coalition Bennoo Siggil Senegaal victorious in local elections in 2009.
