Biography

Ousmane Kane is a Senegalese principal civil administrator. Previously Prefect of Mbour , he was appointed governor of the Kolda region in February 2016. Alternate Governor Sall Al Hassan, head of the local executive, Ousmane Kane is assigned as mission to cultivate dialogue and closer to its citizens.
