Biography

Patron of the territorial administration of Louga, Alioune Badara Mbengue is a senior civil servant. Previously prefect Foundiougne department, he replaced the governor Angel Faye at the head of Louga Regional Executive. A region he had already served as Secretary General at the regional council level.
