It is responsible for the development and modernization of the media. It contributes to the protection of press freedom and promotes access to plural information. It ensures the protection of consumers against unhealthy content. It facilitates the development and dissemination of audiovisual creation and can establish partnership relations with foreign organizations and international institutions.
