Ministry of African Integration , NEPAD and the Promotion of Good Governance

Under the authority of the Prime Minister, the Minister of African Integration, NEPAD and the Promotion of Good Governance Khadim Gueye are charged in connection with the Ministers in charge of Foreign Affairs and of Economy and Finance, prepare and implement the African integration policy. It is responsible for promoting Good Governance.

Missions

Under African Integration and NEPAD: He participates in joint commissions and negotiations of international agreements and treaties. Subject to the powers devolved to other ministers, including the Ministers in charge of Foreign Affairs and of Economy and Finance, he represents the state in international meetings. He participated in the representation of the State in the competent bodies of the African Union and NEPAD. It ensures the implementation, monitoring and coordination, in conjunction with relevant departments, integration policies in African and regional. It is informed by the sectoral ministers of negotiations taking place within the framework of African integration organizations.
