This is the Ministerial Decree No. 2005-68 of January 13, 2005 that relate to the creation and establish the organization and functioning of the Agency for Reintegration Military (A.R.S.M. ) .

Missions

The Agency is full of general tasks on the one hand: The Agency for Rehabilitation Military aims to assist the Minister of the Armed Forces in the design and implementation of the reintegration policy released personnel, release managers and the fight against poverty, especially in pensioners homes. The Minister of the Armed Forces fixed at the Agency performance indicators for its evaluation. secondly specific:   identify personal reintegrate and identify candidates for conversion in connection with the bodies responsible for the management of human resources;   assist in the creation of reintegration companies and entrepreneurship development;   to search for and identify partners for companies;   to establish mutual savings and credit, and an anonymous reintegration society;   put at the disposal of companies and individual operators, developed land for agriculture, land and buildings for commerce and offices;   facilitate access to credit for reintegration companies, including the establishment of refinancing lines made available to the Agency;   assist in training personnel to reintegrate;   provide logistical support to reintegration structures.
