The National Agency (REVA) has, since January 2008, launched its activities throughout the territory. Homes pulse of the action of the Agency are thus sown in all regions of the country.
And, beyond that, it did become the interlocutor of outside Senegalese including a growing number of fellows manifests him every day, their plans to return to invest in agriculture.
To increase the visibility of this action in order to increase incentives to return to farming, an activity report will be drawn up every six months.
The Ministry of Agriculture has started since 11 October 2007, date of appointment of the Director General of the National Agency of Return to Agriculture Plan (ANREVA), a sustained effort to develop opportunities for economic integration youth and women, and promoting private entrepreneurship in agriculture.
This primer mainly concerned the implementation of the Agency's staff, adjustment and refinement of intervention strategies, hand resumption of production of cluster activities and the development of strategic partnerships.:

Make agriculture a new business opportunity, a niche of competitive activities and attractive, this is the credo , in any case , the challenge that gives the National Agency of Plan to Return to Agriculture ( A.N.REVA ) . To deal with domestic food challenges and youth employment, we must indeed make agriculture a profitable investment field, like other sectors of the national economy. The notion of agriculture is understood here in its broadest sense and therefore includes crops, livestock, fisheries and forestry. It also extends to all value chains or chains, and from production to distribution, through various forms of transformation.
Missions
• The National Agency of Return to Agriculture (A.N.REVA) mission is to promote throughout the national territory of modern farm integrated, competitive, profitable, attractive and environmentally friendly • Making Agriculture, a new business opportunity, a niche of competitive activities and attractive, this is the credo, in any case, the challenge that gives the National Agency of Plan to Return to Agriculture (A.N.REVA). • To meet the national food challenges and youth employment, we must indeed make agriculture a profitable field of investment, like other sectors of the national economy. • The notion of agriculture is understood here in its broadest sense and therefore includes crops, livestock, fisheries and forestry. It also extends to all value chains or chains and from production to distribution, through various forms of transformation. The general objective of the REVA is to create physical and institutional conditions for the exercise of agricultural production activities (at large) income, which ensure sustainable maintenance of rural and fixation of populations. The specific objectives of REVA revolve around five major themes: • create opportunities for lucrative activities and gainful employment in rural areas; • promote a more rewarding status of agricultural occupations; • promote new models of Family Integrated Agricultural Holdings, modern and viable; • contribute significantly to the increase in agricultural exports; • secure the coverage of the domestic market needs in vegetables, milk and meat
