Agency Construction of Buildings and Public Buildings

Presentation

He created an agency, legal person of public law , called " Building Public Buildings Agency and buildings " with a management autonomy and has a public service mission. The Agency is under the supervision of the Ministry of Housing , Building and Water and the financial supervision of the Ministry of Finance. The seat of the Agency is set at Dakar. It may be transferred to any other place of the national territory by decision of the deliberative body.

Missions

 Specifically, the Public Buildings and Buildings Construction of the Agency is responsible for:

- Realize the Cultural Park Project;

- Carrying out the project "One Family - One Roof";

- To conduct projects and state construction;

- Conducting technical studies, including feasibility studies for all state building projects;

- Prepare funding research files for state construction projects;

- Take all necessary measures to safeguard the environment in the context of the work;

- Advise and support local authorities in the implementation of building projects.

In addition, Public Buildings and Construction of Buildings Authority is responsible, unless otherwise provided, the delegated project management of construction projects in the framework of special agreements for funding that could bind the state to donors.

If necessary, an execution agreement may be signed with public authorities beneficiaries.
