Presentation

 The Local Development Agency with bodies such as the unit responsible partnership and communication (CPC ) , the Directorate of Support to actors and capitalization ( DAAC ) , the Administrative and Financial Affairs ( DAAF ) and the Directorate of information and the observatory systems ( DSIO ) was created to boost local development .

 

 

Missions

The Agency for Local Development has global and specific missions: The ADL general mission the promotion and coordination of actions of local development. Body advisory support, monitoring and support decision making in the field of local development, the Agency aims to establish and promote a coherent local development throughout the national territory. Specifically mannered, the agency is responsible in the context of decentralization: • to unite gradually, programs, and development projects and ensure consistency of interventions of stakeholders involved in the implementation of local development activities; • to ensure the production, promotion and popularization of planning tools and capitalization of successful experiences of local development; • to promote the actions of the actors capacity building for better management of local development requirements; • to establish a database on local authorities to make available to the players the tools and methodologies for good local development planning and the results of studies and research carried out; • support national structures in the execution of their local development missions; • facilitate the setting up and animating the National Observatory of Decentralization and Local Development; • ensure, in conjunction with stakeholders, monitoring and evaluation: • the implementation of projects and programs implemented in the field of decentralization; • the organization and dissemination of information on local development with a view to facilitating appropriate decisions • Decentralization of the Endowment Fund, Equipment of Local Government and the use of internal resources for the implementation of Consolidate Budget Investment and other funds for local authorities.
