The National Agency for Applied Scientific Research directed works to promote scientific research in Senegal. This promotion leads to a new approach that is "The approach Innovation ". This is a new direction for policy for Scientific Research in Senegal. It is defined by : • The transformation of knowledge and knowledge into products , goods and services • Promotion to the emergence of centers of excellence and niches.

Missions

The agency is responsible for coordinating the national applied scientific research by ensuring the application of discoveries in basic research in the economic world , and particularly in agriculture and industry.
