Biography

Mankeur Ndiaye climbed the ranks to the post of Minister of Foreign Affairs and Senegalese Abroad. Born in Dagana a March 15, 1960, he entered active life as a teacher. He has taught courses in Goudoudou Diobé, locality located in the Matam region, from obtaining his patent higher normal school in 1982. In 1986, he became a lecturer at the Ecole Normale College of Dakar. Two years later he incorporated the higher normal school. Degree who has not served him very. After an assignment in Bamako, the diplomat was appointed Ambassador of Senegal in Paris. He was recalled to the fold to take on 29 October 2012, the post of Minister of Foreign Affairs and Senegalese Abroad in replacement to Mr. Alioune Badara Cissé.
