Biography

Minister of Local Governance, Development and Spatial Planning Abdoulaye Diouf Sarr is a director in addition to his Senegalese politician cap. Born in Yoff (Dakar), Diouf Sarr, the past fifty, completed his primary and secondary education in Senegal. Only after the Bac he joined the University of Lyon to study management techniques there. It got later graduated from the 3rd cycle in financial institutions and corporate finance at the University Léopold Sedar Senghor of Alexandria (Egypt).
