Biography

Born in Dakar in 1982, Cheikh Bakhoum is in Computer Engineering graduate of the Ecole Supérieure Computer, Electronics and Automation (Esiea) in Paris in 2008. A lover of New Information and Communication Technologies, Bakhoum is immediately returned to Senegal to put on his own in 2009. Entered politics with President Sall, manages the electoral committee Benno Bokk Yaakaar (BBY). It is also responsible for policy in the town of Grand-Yoff (Dakar). Head of IT at the Presidency and Technical Advisor to the Head of State in 2012, Cheikh Bakhoum is the originator of the e-board including the computerization of the Cabinet. In July 2014, Cheikh Bakhoum arrives at the head of the Agency for the Information of the State (ADIE) with the aim of pooling the information systems of the state, to accelerate the process of modernization of administration and simplify procedures by setting up an efficient information system that ensures technological independence.
