Biography

The appointment of Pape Oumar Sakho, June 26, 2015, ended the vacancy in the presidency of the Constitutional Council, six months after the death of Cheikh Tidiane Diakhate. The corridors of the courts are not foreign to the magistrate in charge to arbitrate and decide the right in parliamentary and presidential elections.
