Biography

Souleymane Ndoye is a Senegalese politician. Since 2012 , he serves in the National Assembly as a member of the Alliance for the Republic ( Apr ) . political leader of that party , Souleymane Ndoye is also the chairman of Rufisque County Council , a newly established institution with Act 3 of decentralization.
