Biography

It is a companion Macky Sall since its affiliation with the PDS. Woula Ndiaye was excluded from the Departmental Federation of the Senegalese Democratic Party (PDS) Fatick when Macky Sall presented his resignation to the Executive Board of his then party. Currently he is an alderman in the town of Ngayokhème Department of Fatick and is part of Cese advisers since 2013. Third Vice-President, Woula Ndiaye rose to the post of fourth vice president at the last renewal of the office of the Board economic, social and environmental. Woula Ndiaye is the half-brother of the Minister of Communication and Culture , Mbagnick Ndiaye .
