Biography

An economist by training and lecturer at the University Cheikh Anta Diop (UCAD) in Dakar, Abdoulaye Baldé Bibi heads the Ministry of Environment and Sustainable Development. Before being assigned to Kolda native environment is by the Department of Agriculture and that of the Map.
