Biography
Born November 23, 1959 at Sokone (Fatick region), Pape Ousmane Gueye is a Principal Inspector of Customs, coupled with a state inspector. Student Commissioner between 1985 and 1986, Pape Ousmane Gueye joined subsequently, the National School of Administration (ENA) and obtained a degree Customs inspector in 1988. He joined the administration as deputy the Head of the Regional Customs Subdivision Ziguinchor between November 1988 and September 1989. In 1995, he joined the General Inspectorate of Customs Services as Project Manager. Then he was promoted to Head of the Regional Customs Subdivision of Tambacounda in 1996. It was in 2000 that Pope Ousmane returns to its soil as Head of the Interregional Subdivision of Customs of Kaolack and Fatick. After a brief stint at the Customs Investigations Directorate as head of the Office of Legal Proceedings, Pape Ousmane between the General Directorate of Customs where he has different responsibilities from 2001. In September 2003, he joined the body out of the hierarchy inspectors General of State following a competition. In April 2009, Pape Ousmane Gueye was appointed Secretary General of the Government and General Government Commissioner to the Supreme Court. Experience Pape Ousmane transcends the world of Customs. Experiences that have called to pilot-finding missions but have also led to his appointment as President of the Commission of the Built Heritage of the State abroad and head of audit section and the control of public enterprises.
