Biography
Son of the former Prime Minister of Senegal, Habib Thiam Thiam Mabousso is an economist, graduated from the International Institute of Banking and Economics in Cyprus (France). He also holds a Masters in Private Law from the University Cheikh Anta Diop (UCAD). He began to Interpral Paris; a company specialized in International Trading, in 1979. A year later, he joined the Central Bank of West African States (BCEAO), where he first managed the Department of Public Relations until 1983 before committing sites on banking regulation, audit and inspection of commercial banks with the restructuring of the banking system. After a long experience in the private sector, he became CEO and Chairman of the Board of the Soca (Senegal) between 1988 and 1997. That same year, Mabousso Thiam became a consultant with the establishment of the office of ACE studies (Assistance and Business Consulting) with many missions on behalf of multilateral and bilateral organizations like the Ocde / Club du Sahel, Strategic Thinking Group, UEMOA, ECOWAS, among other institutions. Entered politics, Mabousso Thiam joined the staff of Ibrahima Fall, then candidate of the Coalition Taxaw Temm during the last presidential campaign in Senegal in February 2012. In May, he arrived at the head of the Agency of Development and Supervision SMEs (ADEPME) with a mission to revitalize the structure.Tags: Agence de Développement et Encadrement PME
