Biography

Born in Tambacounda, Malal Camara is an Inspector of School Life, Higher National Diploma holder Institute of Popular Education and Sports (Inseps) in 1996 and graduated from the University of Leipzig International Teaching Centre in Paris. It was first teacher of physical education and sport in Kolda between 1984 and 1987. From 1997, after his training, he served in turn in Dakar, Kolda and Tambacounda until 2005. Then, after his training period in Paris, Camara was elected President of the Athletics League, Football Regional technical Advisor, Regional technical Advisor and Athletics Committee member Director of the Senegalese Athletics Federation. Alliance policy manager for the Republic (Apr) in its stronghold, Malal Camara regional councilor in Tambacounda in 2009. He was appointed to the head of the Local Development Agency (Adl) since March 2013, with the task of coordinating State policy on local development.
