Biography

The fact is not common, it is even nonexistent. A magistrate who takes advantage of two appointments to the highest court of a country: the constitutional council. Mamadou Sy had sat in the circle of five "Wise Men", from 2002 to 2006. It replaced Chimera Malick Diouf, the same judge who had succeeded his post in 2006.
