Biography

Professor Diouf Ndiaw lecturer at the University Cheikh Anta Diop of Dakar is the fifth "Sage" of the Constitutional Council. Born in 1956, he joined the faculty of the Faculty of Legal Sciences at the age of 26 years. Fact that reflects the quality of results of his university course. Ndiaw Diouf, in fact, obtained her Masters in private law in 1979, so later he had in his pocket postgraduate diploma (Dea) after training at the University of Paris II. Professor of private law of exceptional class, Ndiaw Diouf was also the dean of the Faculty of Law and Political Science and Vice Rector of the University Cheikh Anta Diop of Dakar between 2007 and 2013. Professor Ndiaw Diouf chaired the reform commission of the criminal code and criminal procedure code.
