Biography

Lamine Sagna is a Senegalese civil administrator of exceptional class. It is, to date, the governor of the region of Kaolack . And, like most of his colleagues, he had to serve the central state in several regions of Senegal as territorial administrator. A retirement Mubarak Seck, Lamine Sagna was appointed governor of the Louga region in 2012. But before the capital of ndiambour ( Louga ), the Governor Sagna had to exercise his functions in the Matam region as prefect and governor. He was also Prefect of Nioro department.
