Biography

Adama Diouf is a Senegalese politician and member of the Alliance for the Republic (Apr). Originally from Boulel located in the department of Kaffrine, Adama Diouf is since 2014, the new president of Kaffrine County Council. Far from stopping there way, Adama Diouf is also chosen by his peers to lead the departments of Senegal Association (Ads) on a constitutive general assembly presided by the Minister of Local Governance, Development and Spatial planning, Omar Youm. The Association of Senegal departments is a new structure created with Act 3 of decentralization. Adama Diouf is also the director of the local development support, the Ministry of Local Governance, Development and Spatial Planning. He was also Secretary General of the same ministry. He served as spokesman for the national committee to draft the law on the general code of local communities who devoted Act 3 of decentralization, one of the key reforms of President Macky Sall. Inspector training education, Adama Diouf was school inspector Diourbel (center) in the early 2000s, before the position of Director of Human Resources of the Ministry of Education until 2009.
