Biography

The last local elections have consecrated mayor of HLM . Diouf replacing Sadikh Ababacar will Ndiongue Aida who has been in trouble with the Court of Repression Illicit Enrichment ( Crei ) . However the populations of HLM have entrusted their destinies to the militant socialist who is reorganizing the town including the market which must be defeated in the equation of hawkers . Ababacar Sadikh Diouf is elected city council by 37 votes to 56. He won the elections with the Takhawou Dakar coalition. The mayor of the HLM has 5 years to meet the people who have placed at the head of the municipality .
