departmental politician , Malamine Gomis, is the coordinator of the Alliance for the Republic Party in the department Goudomp , in southern Senegal . It was before the new law on decentralization in Senegal , president of the Rural Council Simbandi Brassou , a borough of Goudomp department. In 2014, Malamine Gomis was elected president of Goudomp County Council , a new structure created with Act 3 of decentralization in Senegal.
