Biography
Mansour Elimane Kane holds the position of Minister of Infrastructure, Land Transport and Opening up replacing Thierno Alassane Sall. Mining engineer who became a banker, he assigns the task to boost Senegal's infrastructure. Holds a degree in financial engineering in Canada, complemented by a doctorate in the United States of America, Mansour Elimane Kane is primarily a product of the Senegalese public school. Born on January 10, 1959 in Ndioum (St. Louis), the current Minister of Infrastructure did his primary education in his hometown and high school Blaise Diagne of Dakar. From there, he obtained a Bachelor of series C with honors Bien. His mining engineer diploma obtained in Morocco opens later the doors of the Senegalese company phosphates Taiba. Mansour Elimane Kane then direct the vice-presidency of City Bank. Later admitted to the World Bank, he served as Chief Investment Officer function for Africa in Washington for ten years.Tags:
